I had the same steering feel, I put it down to the Eibach springs being progressive wound where the standard springs are fixed rate.
I had pros and sprortline and the both felt bouncy compared to standard 182 cup springs, I hate that nodding dog feeling it just makes the car tiring to drive...

I could put a price on all the parts but its pointless if you cant do the work yourself, labour rates and personal opinion make a big difference to the overall cost.

You have a cup so probably don't have air con so there will be 2 relays on yours as that is what the low speed fan is for.
The fuel pump relay has to be constantly on or switched for the engine to run.
The starter relay needs to be switched for as long as you turn the key in the ignition.
I thought it was the wire on the starter on mine, cleaned and clamped it with pliers but turned out to be the relay not working from the heat of the engine.
The 182 cup spring have a blue a yellow paint mark on the front spring, if your trying to find a used one.
