Not sure mate, I haven't either. Imagine there still are plenty of servers though. Only thing is I think going back to it now it will feel quite dated I imagine, like I said when it originally came out it was similar time to COD2, so before COD4 came along and changed the genre massively.

Tbh I don't think we'll ever get a true follow on to Battlefield 2 on the PC, that all those who played it would love. The market has just changed so drastically. First Person Shooters used to be limited to 'gamers' really. If anything it was 'geeky' to play almost! But with the explosion of COD...

Easy to do yourself in terms of wiring the amp up. Only hard bit is if your laying new wires for the components > getting wire through to the doors.

Ended up downloading this for PC in the end. Couldn't find any stores with it decently priced. Just gonna have to buy the Karkand map pack when it comes out. 11GB though lol. Been dowloading all afternoon.

You'll need a 4 Channel Amp, if your wanting to wire all that up. Oh and for the front, get Component speakers, so the doors and tweeters hook up to a crossover, which is then wired to the amp. Edit: The amp you've linked is a cracking amp.

The maps in the Back to Karkand pack are all BF2 maps remade. All the best maps too. Karkand and Wake I spent days on.

I recommend looking at FK spacers too. Direct from them, not from Venom though as much cheaper.
