If you didn't get one you'll need one of these:

Looking at your picture I think its the bottom one.
You should have a wiring harness that came with the alpine headunit, with one end that goes into the plug on the back, and then it splits into two plastic iso plugs, to connect to the car loom?
The one on the right will be the auxilliary input, the round one on the right is the aerial plug.
Re: Southend Meet January 22th 2011
I like the idea of the meet, its just I don't know anyone so I'm a bit worried if it was a meal I would just feel a bit awkward ha.
You don't have to change the wires, I only did because I was amping my components.
To put new speaker wire through, it was a real mission lol, basically I found two holes with empty pins, then forced a tiny allen key through and wiggled it to make the whole big enough, then threaded the new...
Yes, you can just take the old speaker wire feed, that's easiest, specially if your mounting the tweeters in the door too.
Although when I put mine in, I put in new speaker wire through to the doors, and amped my components, sounded much better.
Door cards are easy to take off, there is a guide...
Ah cheers, those two look good.
What about this one from PC world:

Edit:
Or this Dell: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/dell-inspiron-m5030-06684341-pdt.html looks slightly better?
I'm looking into buying a Laptop, mainly to internet, things like skype, facebook, iplayer etc, as well as the usual office jobbies.
Ideally I'd like one sub £500, with decent specs for that price, and am looking at models between 13" and 15.6".
I've been looking on a few websites like PC...
tommys I get no scraping at all. I'm on coilovers, and had a full car and got no scraping.
Any bigger then 15mm each side on the rear and I would though with a full car I think.
Mark, FK do 30mm spacers on their site, but I think they're out of stock, because I bought 30mm spacers off their site direct.
So you might just have to wait for venom!
tbh I was quoted similar prices for mine from various places. I think its because most garages give the estimate on the clutch replacement book time, whether it takes that long or not?
The actual Renault Dealer local to me wanted £700 lol!
I ended up buying a clutch from europarts and fitting it...
Thats amazing! What a satisfying feeling that must be ha. Glad they got him.
I had exactly the same thing happen to me a year ago, but no such luck in getting my headunit back :(
for the little circle bits they're on the centre caps, so take the centre caps off and spray them seperately. as long as you do lots of light even coats you should be fine.
