Thats caused by the 4.40 software i had the same problem you need to either send a debug log to Henk or source the 4.27 software

Thanks for the replies i am half thinking of doing the renaultsport on the inlet silver also. I re-used the gaskets yes the one between the upper and lower inlet is metal iirc so no need to replace unless damaged There is a little oblong rubber one under the upper inlet that can perish though

Could be from a couple of places but my first port of call would be the sea lbehind the dephaser pulley or exhaust pulley. Personally get it seen to asap as oil on the belts will cause slippage ending in engine damage. But as said it could be a few things causing it get it looked at mate:D
