i got my shell back from the garage yesterday after getting the engine taken out and thought id get some pics of the engine bay damage:( , also got my willy spoiler today and hopefully picking up the car tomorrow with the 2.0l in:D , can't wait...

might have to try and get a set of them as they look very nice in that size with a nice drop....

ive got one on the valver as it came with it, not sure if it does anything but it sounds w**k for some reason?? u can have it for £20 if u want?

they just put a set of replacement bulbs on the invoice for $0.20

i paid £160 inc delivery but did'nt get stung for import dutys ( around £40) i fitted them to the angel eyes on the mk1 which have a h1 fitment, was'nt exactly an easy job as i had to file down some of the hole were the headlight goes due to the hid light being alot bigger than std but got there...

got mine from hid-lights aswell, went for the x5 8000k and its loads better than std. ( this on a valver )

spent to much money to give up now:dapprove: if i had'nt just done the eng conversion i would of called it a day and brought a late spec mr2 turbo.. oh well

i paid £750 for my eng, they go from around £650-£1000 afaik, fitting at hillpower cost £350 which is old out new in. my total bill was £2.6k but u don't have to spend nowhere near that to have a good conversion. u should look at paying around £1100 for the eng fitted.

im using the std valver manifold but hillpower stage 2 chip(mapped to mods afaik) with cams. deff get it converted, i can't wait till i get the eng in this 1, just has so much torque.

thought id post a couple of pics as i fitted the willy wheels today, also fitted ph 2 lights and boot strip, will be fitting the coilovers tomorrow and going to speak to the garage about getting the engines swapped. also fitting a willy spoiler when it arrives. pics were taken on phone...

got it from stoke newington n16, n-london, found it advertised in the loot.

wheels and coilovers remaind unharmed after beating, front end and 1 angel eye took the impact. i'll probley put the ph2 wheels on untill i get the willy wheels back from refurb again..
