Probably a stupid question Dan, but if you put all the interior back in, you wouldn't see any of the painted bits would you?
I'd assume so, just double checking!
All the scenery were just a GoPro Black out the window! I was amazed by the quality since it's the first time I've used it for photos
Car shots were a Nikon D7100
Photos are edited to the sense of bringing back highlights, general exposure tweaks and some slight sharpening
The reflections/shine you see are 100% real, courtesy of that Sonax Detailer Spray that I rate very well, but yes a better quality DSLR camera will pick up the reflections better than...
That's when I was up there sorry, should of said! I was amazed at how many cyclists there were actually, but guess its a nice ride with some stunning views
Attention to detail is amazing Mark! Fantastic write ups too, this really does make me fancy a RB, never really been a fan but in your photos it looks bloody awesome!
So thought I'd make the most of the nice weather and went for a drive to the Black Mountain Pass (A4069) since it's supposedly one of the best roads (if not the best) in Wales...I'll let the pictures do the talking

Did the Black Mountain Pass the other day, photos in the Media Section (well as soon as they finish uploading)
Was a good day out and Clio performed spot on - The more I drive it the more I appreciate it, really is a fantastic drivers car, and the handling is great...really can't wait to fit...
Having just bought a genuine Trophy spoiler as one came up for sale at decent money, stupidly forgot that they need different boot struts
I remember the Renault ones are absolutely ridiculously priced, but seem to remember some BMW ones fit?
Anyone able to shed some light on this please...
Just had a look, looks a good height! Is that as low as they go on the back?
Bilstein B14's is what I think I want, just trying to work out if it's worth £600 to just go slightly lower as I can't see the handling being night and day - but I could be completely wrong!
Just thought I'd rather...
Yes, but I have to confess it's got a set of 19" alloys in the boot so it's fake lows lol
Does make me want to get Coilovers for it though, although how low you could go before you sacrifice handling I wouldn't know...
These cars are definitely about performance and handling over looks though, I'd much rather something which looked too high but handled great then something which super low but handled like rubbish!
Hahah yeh it'll all be changed over the next couple of weeks, not sure it's the right decision...
Sorry didn't realise it was on Eibach's! Heard good things about them, so I'd be tempted to stick with them
I know Cooksports have more of a drop, which is what I've got, and I'd say you'd be more than welcome to have a ride in my car to see what you think of the ride - but the route I'm going...

Shame I only had my iPhone on me, but still came out half decent after a quick clean
If anyones looking of for a decent spray on wax/detailer - Sonax 'Brilliant Shine' Detailer is awesome ...
Evol Race Dog Bone Mount ordered, Dan convinced me @imprezaworks
Looking forward to all the vibrations I'll be getting with the Evol, Vibra and Black Powerflexes...hopefully it'll be bearable
I'm just copying you I think Dan, just a few steps behind lol, Next I'll be stripping it out fully and looking at getting boost in my life
Which version did you go for Dan, as I think they did a Road and Race?
I know Mark, thought I'd give her one big birthday!
Never clicked until tonight...
Thanks all - can't wait to get it all fitted, should feel amazing I'm hoping
Splitter is one of those eBay universal stick on ones - never actually seen on fitted on a Clio before! To be honest it doesn't look right in the sides, I mean I could try fit it a couple of different ways if I got...
Well the Clio is here to stay, had an amazing last Sunday in it and it impressed me no end, especially the handling
So I've decided to splash out and buy the following stuff :
I don't even want to add it all up, but safe to say it should handle even better soon!
Some bits are here...
Majority of parts are all ordered besides Inner Tie Rods and Track Rod Ends
Fairly sure I'll be going for Lemforder Ends as they're under half the price!
Just unsure on the Inner Tie Rods, and what will fit a Cup Suspension'd 182?
I assume you already have a Daily driver, since you use the Evo so little?
If so could you buy a bit more of a toy? One which is a hell of a lot cheaper to run
I'd probably be looking at a 182, but whether or not it would feel enough of an occasion after a Evo, I wouldn't know...but as a...
Perfect, I'll give the Rubber bits a miss!
Lol, I'm exactly the same mate - amazing how many people mention it from when their behind! Infact I'm that much of a scene whore that I'm thinking of painting mine purple to match my calipers....
Bet that goes bloody well! Had any plays with the likes of BMW M3's, 911's, that sort of thing? Would love to know how it compares to some of these quick factory cars
If I'm ever up your way, we'll have to get something sorted Tom
Top man, cheers!
Slightly easier way of doing it I'm thinking is to just get a female rose joint and get some M10 rod and use that instead
@1812lsd linkage bar seems to push the ARB down quite a lot more than the standard setup, but what affect this would have on handling I wouldn't have the...
Massive thread revive here, but been searching after @dann2707 recommended rose jointing my Whiteline ARB
Is this the same/similar setup as you've done Dan?
Looks fantastic Tom, always been a fan of Arctic Blue...this is just made 100x better by the fact it's boosted lol
What power is it running now?
Also where abouts are you based? Guessing it's up North judging by meeting with Dan...
Shame I'm not closer, would be more than happy to get some...
