Gates make them iirc, not sure if theres a great deal of price different tbh. As a general rule renault are quite competitively priced when you can buy the stufff elsewhere.

Personally i'd get them from renault, and you need the locking tools to change it too.

One way valve in the pump is fecked by the sound of it.

Front facing one is the climate control interior temp sensor, no fan involved in the 182 they went to a straight thermistor. The other one is just a grill where the mic for the factory handfree kit is fitted. So one yes the other maybeish.
