Ordered a 64gb space grey 6 on Monday from Apple online.
May be a stupid comment but dispatch time is 7-10 days then delivery time on top. (without reading the last many pages) is there any chance of early delivery or will 2 weeks approx be standard?
I only realized after ordering my first time after googling they come from:
CP Reifen Trading GmbH
Lebacher Str. 4 - 66113 Saarbrücken oder Postfach 10 05 43 - 66005 Saarbrücken
Fax. 0681/99 63 111
...Germany
It takes around 4 days for delivery, mine came together but since ordering again I...
I've been reading the predictions for this, looks interesting, I have the nexus tablet so have decided to go for this when it comes out, am I right in thinking the information will be out mid October and hopefully available to buy soon after?.
I just hope the screen isnt ridiculously big.
I paid 190 (ish) on my grandads 1.2, a Renault mechanic I knew working out of hours, water pump was shagged so that was changed included in that price.
Obviously that kind of falls under mates rates but I think around that figure should be right.
Search "resetting brake pedal switch" or similar.
You basically twist out the sensor beneath the brake pedal, unplug it then reset it by pulling the plunger out and clicking it back in.
Do that first then see if it comes back on.
It does kind of look like flared bit on the cat has been cut off so the Center silencer can be slid on, not sure what the chances are that the silencer was wedged onto the cat and wasn't cut, only one way to find out ?
Wet sanding for the first pic, some 2000 grit lightly with soapy water, followed with 3000 grit then a cutting polish.
Trial and error if you haven't done it before, but as long as you dont go mental with the sanding it produces good results.
A lip on the disc if they weren't replaced the same time as the pads could be the problem. I cleaned up my pads and very lightly sanded the light lip on the disc and it solved the noise or at least quietened it.
Yeah you need the digitizer kit, there about 30 quid.
Much easier to replace the screen on a 5 than a 4. The 4 you sort of have to dig through the back to get to the front screen. Where as the 5 the front screen comes off from the front, if you get what I mean.
Watch a you tube guide you will...
Looks standard to me.
Yours does look like its sticking out though, can probably loosen the join over the rear axel and push it back a bit. Or pull the engine mount forward slightly.
And by the way, most 2nd hand boxes are a lottery. You're better off taking the box out and sending it down to Agency Transmissions for a refurb if you can spare the time off the road.
Edit: what Matt said.
Common problem, remove the rear lights, unclip the plug and remove the clusters, take the bulbs out and just spray a bit of WD40 in there, its a moisture / contact problem.
Re: Engine Management Light on!! Changed lambda sensor, cleared code and still on!! H
Was the missfire in cylinder 2 chased up or just reset?
And one lambda was replaced? I'd be looking at coilpack, leads, injectors and spark plugs first, the management light may just be on because its still...
The positive is the wire closest to the locking clip on the plug, but if you've already cut them off this is what I have in my notepad, I cant remember if its from my 1.2 or 182 though so check and see if the colours match yours.

The clutch and brake pedal metal covers can be bought they are about £6 each, the accelerator pedal cover cant be bought.
You just need a cheap rivet gun and they rivet onto the pedal.
Yeah take the wiper nuts off then the arms, if the arms are stuck you will need something like this:

To slip under the wiper arm, then the bolt can press the wipers off once wound on. Hopefully they can...
