Check the rubbers around the outside of the front window screen, especially the corner covers, they lift and can be a trap for air for noise.
Also under the wing mirrors, there are holes for the temp sensor both sides, but the drivers side has no temp sensor so can also be a noise maker.
But...
Not sure if im correct but I think standard are Osram Xenarc and the standard colour is 4300k
Heres some more options:

I'm running £15 xenon bulbs with no problems.
Do you have any paint polishes?
If it was left on for ages it may need wetsanding out, but you might be able to remove it or improve it with a decent polish.
4300k is standard, a white-ish bulb, some hint of orange but not much I would say. I run these.
5000/6000k is considered an upgrade if you want more white-blue in the bulb, anything higher than that will look funny imo.
Ok, well the saying is sports for show pros for go.
Meaning the sportlines which I've linked drop the height a decent amount for show but still handle well, where as the pro-lines dont really lower it that much but improve the handling.
Yeah it does look high, If i was you I'd try and get a...
If it is a 1.4, go for Eibach sportlines: http://www.kamracing.co.uk/car-tuning/renault/renault-clio-mk2-non-sport/suspension/springs/renault-clio-mk2-all-excl-1-2-eibach-sportline-springs.html

I've been using Amigo by rotary with good results, but that's every other month, I love how easy SRP goes on and off. Got half a 500ml bottle of the old formula but for the price I thought why not, will probably last me several years.
Just seen this on Hot Deals UK.
Good price I think for 1L, this will probably spark a 'there are better products available' discussion, but for this price is handy for being lazy.

My grandads 1.2 and my old 1.2 had the coilpack problem, you go to floor it in 4th and it just splutters and missfires. Like above it could be other problems, but the coilpack...
Stickers aren't going to do much for performance, if you want a quick boost, add a cup full of piss to your petrol tank, the ammonia increases the petrol's performance.
Ktec's cleaning and re oiling kit looks to be a pour on type bottle on there site, the foam looks similar to ITG so I might clean and re oil with the ITG spray I've got.
I've been driving mine daily too, doesn't crunch in gear either, just taking it easy.
Hoping for the circa 275 price from agency too, girlfriends driving me an the box down when I get it out.
Worth having a new clutch put in whilst the box is out.
As above probably the diff bearing, I have the same problem.
Im taking the box out myself eventually to save on labour costs, handing the car to a garage to have the job done Id expect it to be around 1k.
Is the 30 new or second hand ? I will do that if it needs be, the trouble is I'm not actually sure if its seized yet I was difficult winding the piston back in with the disc and caliper in the way. Ill try by hand first and if its seized ill change it :)
