really not worth the effort, you can spend 1000's and barely get over 100 bhp out of one. If you want a better drive concentrate on things like a good airfilter, sportscat and exhaust

just use normal cellulose from halfords, clean it with normal soapy water and that should do :) as for 172 engine covers, if you give me 35 quid i'll do it for you ;)

not necessarily. depends on the colour you do them in. as for the original post, personally i wouldnt change the colour of them, but if you do change it then i'd not get them sprayed, but get them powdercoated instead. its quicker (1day), lasts longer, is a more guaranteed finish and...

lol, as above they clip out easily, although kully found it difficult., and needed my manly strength to help him out ;)

he can take the stickers off if he wants, graphics place messed me around a lot and rushed them, and tbh for the prices i charge couldnt afford to get the redone. Tbh i prefer the cover without the decals too...

i'm working saturday and then off to the hillclimb event on the sunday, with my freshly repaired car (all being well :approve:) side badges took a lot of effort as someone had previously ruined them ;)

yes! although look at the colour of andys (makavellis) wheels compared to the racing blue, best colour for it imo

really like those led lights on the numberplates. deffo better than the nasty yellow glow i get from mine.

lupo gtis worth hell of a lot more than a clio though! even though the cosmetics arent bad as fred said anything could be wrong underneath. Nomatter how bad the wing etc is, it all needs replacing which is where the cost comes in

Is this the one with about 27k on the clock? It was for sale at my local dealer, but to be honest there was something extremely dodgy about its condition that didnt correspond with the mileage ie, a hole in the carpet which looked like it'd been worn over a period of time and the engine sounding...

you could but imo you'd have to change all teh carpets, get doorcards retrimmed etc as well due to it being black not blue and therefore not matching anything in the car

think they're roughly around the 70 quid mark? As said dont expect any gains, but then unless your spending 300 quid on a maxogen you wont get any anyway, so just be happy you've got the noise value and they look mint also.
