basically mate, the 'we havent got parts thing' is a load of bullshit. Today i was told the real reason why my car isnt back... surprise surprise it isnt even bloody sprayed yet! takes the piss.
well just thought id bump this up as im utterly disgusted with admiral / elite bodycraft and i advise anybody insured with them to change companies as soon as possible.
*awaits another phonecall from admiral's crap customer services dept*
:hail:
got the 320mm momo evo on my car and its worth every penny once you get used to it. again, my insurance didnt add a penny onto the policy for changing the wheel as insured it under 'interior changes' ;)
if you argue it (due to rarity for instance, or the car has sentimental value) they may agree to repair it instead of writing it off, however the money will be paid to the garage not yourself, as otherwise it would be open to fraud.
it is normally easier for the insurance to write off the...
i was just about to order some millers gearbox oil off demon tweeks next week. where can you get the elf from, and how much does it normally retail for?
bit of a risk spending them unless you go for physical goods which even then they will try and get wrong for you.
sounds like you've done some proper complaining though :)
wheres edde when u need him lol. He had some on his williams and said they were shocking. For the price i'd get fks, never had any problems with mine, and were the best mod i ever did in terms of handling
looks good! black cars are always a bugger to get looking that shiney. I bet when u drove it down the road you hit a big muddy puddle as well didnt u ;)
^ as edde says, cup had the bog standard heavy bonnet, certain ph1s from a certain factory had a alloy bonnet and gear stick light. Sure edde will correct me if this is wrong ;)
where is said pothole, i'll watchout for it ;)
seriously mate, the roads are stoke are 10x worse than anywhere else i've been, i went to dorset on a holiday and the roads were in a different league, whereas stoke council patch fills pot holes, they actually replaced a whole section of road...
to be honest i'd try and avoid sending it if possible. I sent one once and when it reached the otherside it was absolutly battered and worthless.
However i had a rear bumper delivered by tuffnells once and they were really good.
have u ever seen black gold in the sun? 10x nicer than pearl black. I had pearl black on my 1.2 dynamique (the same one as on the m1 172's) and nowhere near as much flake, and the flake itself wasnt as nice a colour
i shall find out on wednesday mate ;) if not they shall be :approve:
mike_s had one too, i think with carbon on a silver car it really needs to be seen in sunlight, as any other time bar in the sun it looks like its in primer. But when the suns out they do look stunning
you could try booking it into your local custom exhaust place like powerflow / prospeed etc as they should keep them in stock ready to be fabricated to fit. my 1.2 sports cat was fine off powerflow, so if i ever wanted another i'd definetely consider one.
otherwise try the janspeed one if you...
