For the locking button, Mechanism is probably shagged, Take it apart and try and fix it. Or get a replacement from ebay/scrappers.

Moisture. Take the rear lights out, Take the clusters out, Remove the bulbs one by one and clean the contacts on the metal pins and the bulbs. Spray a lot of WD40 on the contacts (this is what fixed it for me not the cleaning contacts) Soak up extra WD40 but leave a coat on the connectors...

^that is true, For just 4 LEDs to one driver, I will give this a try and hope it lasts.

Will the power supply be too powerfull and burn the LEDS out? Just bought it.

The diamonds pop off, Push the clips closed together and they pop out.

^Me too mate, The 4LEDs look a bit less bright and matched my white bulbs, But went through 3 sets all had one flickering.. So had to go SMD. Yeah i would expect to have the bumper and headlights off for fitting, But as long as it was alright after that?

Got any links to kits in the uk please? OP - Just passing advice, Get some SMD white sidelights if you want to run them, The 4x LED ones start flickering in most cases, Meaning you end up driving around with a flickering side light(s) after a while.

You will just need the sport bumper and sport front wings. Doesnt matter if you have normal bulbs or xenon units they the bumper will still fit.

The LEDs are MFI kitchen lights, Supposed to be used for the kitchen install but wernt due to my dads decision.. Each unit is 4 SMDs on a circuit, Each driver takes a max of 6 units. Im guessing after your telling me, And looking at it each driver is 24v? Although the insruction says position...

Link to the spray out cards if possible ? Did you use any metal filler on the curbing or wasnt there any? Im impressed by the photos, Id be happy getting 2 done a day getting them dry before there on the car in the summer for myself.

It was a small white box for each driver, And im pretty sure DC. Would that supply happily power them all then? If a little dim because its only 12v? And what do you mean by difference between driver and psu? The psu being more reliable? Because the little drivers.. where s**t tbh. cheers.

I have wired them up (each led unit clips into the next) so there are 2 sets of four and each set of 4 where running off a 12v transformer .. However i would like to get all 8 clipped in together, And run it off one transformer.
