Well im attempting the fronts myself, Been told its a fiddly b*****d job but ill try and do it myself.

I can see what your saying here, I spent £110 on second hand Eibach pro kit springs as the drop wasn't that much, Sportlines i think i would have been completely happy with..
However the money i saved with springs instead of cheap coilovers, I got 16" 172 alloys and the extra inch made the...
The mods everyone does, But theyre done for a reason... they look good ;)
Silvervision bulbs (silver indicators to remove the orange), Clear side repeaters, Colour coding, RS Grille, Lowering...
To name a few for the non sports.
Get the grille on, Lower it.
Then think about wheel change, Colour coding, Sheep mods, Sport rear bumper, K tec recessed or stealth exhaust...
For me personally...
Yeah search headlight correction, Bit of detailing sandpaper and a machine polisher / by hand it can be sorted.
People offering services for it as well.
Wouldn't bother with the relocation kit myself, But for the price i paid i wouldn't want my filter off, Probably get a tiny bit of heatsoak but the slight noise it worth it.
I suppose your air box looks like this?
You unscrew the two bolts, Clip the airbox off, Take the filter out, And dissconnect the air feed.
Then if you have a cone filter it has and adapter plate and the cone fits on the end, Like this:

Eibach pro kit, Get sportline if you want lower.
Just on the pro kit its a slightly harder ride, Would not want to be on apex or any other cheap springs myself.
Happy with the Pro kits looks and ride.

It looks perished to feck so, Get the nut off if its still on.
Mole grip and twist the bush out then get the bolt out the top?
Then i need a metal bar to push downwards the ARB?.. This will allow me to do what get the middle bit...
Price for a garage to do this Fred? How long would it take a pro?
Ive changed springs on my car and im mechanically minded (feel like im in a job interview)... Think i just need a guide...
So once the cars jacked up. I need to jack the ARB up to release the tension or something? Probably way...
And theres me thinking i could just unscrew them out, Havent had a propper look though and seeing as you two have said... Thats now not the case.
