Have you done a search? Yes you can, the 197 wheel does rub the plastic cowl for a while but wears it away quickly. I believe the airbag connections need slight modification. Can't comment on the cruise control connections but believe they use the same resistance settings and the ph2 so work fine.

You shouldn't need to take it apart. Demolish the old one to get the adjuster out and use tiny fingers to put it in the xenon. Easy

You could get it plugged in anywhere which has a decent machine or ideally one with clip. Injector not coded, yes this will make it run pretty rough. I would have got the coding sorted before driving it any considerable distance. Probably still okay but that's you call really. Get it coded asap.
