lower limit is when the car is still warming up. Will increase when warm enough to be ragged.
If you unplug lambda it will run on standard values in the ecu so you can give it a go. Will also do this with the sensors on the inlet so you can test if they are okay too.
USE THE SEARCH!! This has been covered so many times.

No that's not true. You can keep the car. Work out the salvage value and it stays with you all the time. If you make it clear that's what you want to do then there's no problem. Will be cat C so about 15% of pre accident value at that value. I don't have the book in front of me but it's probably...
Defo write off. Would be nice to see as a cat D with that damage but without doing an estimate it'll be difficult to tell. I suspect cat c though as it's non fault and the labour rates will be higher and the discount on paint and parts less.
The above corsa was only a few years old at the time...
I wouldn't remove it if I were you. Absolutely hated my 182 without them. The second 182 I had had both engine, gearbox and polybush dogbone. Was sooo much nicer. No rubbish lurching.
@TomSmith123 ? Help this lad out with a book price.
sounds like a cat c from my experience. If you have any questions regarding the total loss drop me a PM. Valuing dead cars was my old job so I know the rules and regs inside out.
boot floor with other damage will kill a 1*2 no problem
Replaced all my abs rings for the correct tooth.
Started work on the Red DCI as it failed the MOT. Neighbour came out at half 7 and complained I was banging too much at 11:30 this morning and that he hoped I wasn't going to be out late tonight working. He's lived there 2 weeks. I've lived here...
No, not a pup. The oil under the plenum could be where someone has just missed the filler! glug glug glug as the oil goes. Otherwise it can be a little be of oil seeping around the bolts in that area. Nothing to worry about though :) take off the plenum, clean it up and see if it comes back...
If you do enough work on it everything is nice and easy to undo, then it's not so bad.
I think I've worked on at least one of our clios for 2 weeks straight now. I hugely dislike how illogical the design of somethings is. I never forget that to remove the alternator on the DCI you have to take...

Really suggest giving it a light tap to loosen
Bin the HID kit, they are pants and illegal.
Get xenon headlights from a 172/182 or some decent bulbs like ring automotive 120% or osram night breakers
8000k is very blue. 4300k is standard xenon bulb colour. When I see someone with an HID kit that blinds me I blind them straight back.

Well 26 to be precise ;) My car has 26 tooth abs but the new sport driveshafts had 44 meaning my speedo was seriously out. Hence why I changed all 4.
^^^^the above is incorrect. Policies do not cover mechanical break down. They do cover fire damage. Some policies are a little confused and do not cover it under accidental damage but do under the fire section of the policy.
Likely if it's smoke damage the car will be written off though...

Right, here are the photos.
Rears are easy, slacken hub nut (30mm), wheel off, pad carrier off, disc off, get a screw driver behind the ring gradually working it off.
Fronts are also nice and easy
Slacken hub nut (30mm), take off wheel, loosen caliper hub bolts, tre, lower ball...
I'll support the ABS ring theory. It could be other things as well like the abs pump which has gone on one of ours this weekend causing a similar problem.
ABS rings are easy to change. Doing all 4 of mine this morning so will try and take a few photos and report back.
