would love to do a 1/4 mile soon to be honest. Living 4 hours away from the car this year is making it difficult to plan anything. what 1/4 mile time did you get? i suspect with a competent driver the car should get a low 13. 232bhp, Quaife ATB and slicks should help :)
yep 172 manifold :-)
Who did the headwork on your car?
which cams you looking at swapping too?
your car was always the benchmark when i was spec'ing up the car. I think i may swap to solid lifters later on and knock the redline up.
Hey, You might find our build interesting.
The car made 232bhp and 174ftlb (At TDF)

looks amazing, really nice and tidy job you've done!
Im going to do something like this next year with a new Sandy Bridge cpu and try and reach the magic 5ghz.
if you dont mind me asking, what sort of price did the watercooling system come in at?

erm haven't touched the car for quite a while and now it is parked up until next summer.
The nice shiny custom alloy radiator which i got made up didn't have enough surface area and i wasn't happy with how hot the car was running so i got a new larger radiator made up so that the car runs a bit...
Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project
Mine started leaking while it was at TDF so Matt sorted one for me. Think he has a contact at Mocal. If you contact Mocal direct they will be able to provide one for you, dont think they cost much (ie a couple of quid)

Re: Mk1 F4R/172'd Track Car Project
Yeah you can get a replacement, keep an eye on it as mine sprung a leak on the RR after i re-fitted the sandwich plate to my new engine. Mocal recommend replacing the o-ring everytime you remove it.
