You can only adjust the toe in and out with normal stuff unless you use cmaber correction bolts to adjust the fornt camber and shim to adjust the rearr.
The techie will understand those figures when he goes to setup your car.
Its likly to be there but assuming you've just replacment shocks stock setup your only option

14's won't cover the front brake disks. they'll fit the back though
Personaly just walk the distance less rska nd good for yoursefl and the car no point running a car for short distances like that.

New shocks can be bough APex do a set I think not that I'd recomend them or any stand alone shock I'd use this experiance to change for coilovers.
Contact the DVLA and say the cars been reshelled from crashed car I hope Matt can supply you with the car reg etc so you can sort it. or else get him to give you another cars details etc and use them to "claim" the cars been reshelled as such then your officialy a crash write off for insurance...
If its the dogbone the gearstick will shake around loads when you accelerate and more noticbly when you lift off move about.
Could be the box going they start to fail the 3rd syncro first.
Check the engine top mount though and the clutch cable is ok and the teeth on the adjsuter are ok.
The dealership doens't want to go strip the box down/replace it for free as they might not get paid though you have to see the point they could have helped more though.
The loom for the dashboard is much the whole internal loom anyway.
Its not cheap.
Get trying to fix the wires up yourself you should be able to work out which are which.
