I prefere the phase 2 looks but the phase 1 everything else. On balance I'd take a phase 1 though if I had to chocie.

I can think of better things to do with my money thank waste it on fuel doing the milage I do.

Renault spent a fair bit of time on the setup of there cars no cheap springs will amke it better all round you need to spend a lot of money to get it better. Unless your just after looks.

They hold there value well though with low milage though people pay sicne certain mags gave them such a good reviews. There not ideal though for many users.

Could always wire them in direct to the battery or cig lighter.

Arr right if that the question then yes the stock Mk1 172 came with cd changer and a tape head unit. Jst have to use the right cd chnager on the Renault (supplied) stuff works

Stock pads and stock disks the rears do nothing anyway and on a CUp they do even less again.

Keep with stock. Yozzasport do a whole kit for £175 I think you cna get it cheaper if you shop round though a bit.

A lot of people IMo buy this car as they have read the revies etc and want to own it then get bored having read about another good car they won't loose much on the trophy if they sell so move on hence they can have quite a high turnover.

Yep sorry should have said you can get the front disks (good tyres as well) cheaper than official Renault.
