Im not sure what the sound if drop MarkCup on here a message he might be able to help since its his car in the video.
Might be a relay for the indicators or something.
Now that there so many places who can remap the stock ecu I woulnd't bother with SMT.
You have to remember that all of these thing chippin/remaps etc are all the same there a different set of ECU maps. The superchip stuff is an off the shelf not made for your car its usually made for a car...
Same thing realy
There a few owners with remaps depends what sort of mods personaly I'd never bother on a stock car only one with mods where the reamp helps bring back the A/F ratio and is more noticable and in some circumstances necessary.
Renault specialists brokers in Accrington (google for the number)
Car transplants in cheshire I belive would also sell them like this (again google the number)
Forget it don't even bother looking the systems are embedded in the cars its not worth it at all.
The amout of new car buyers who's cars have the option of sat nav (were tlaking S class/5 series etc owners so not cheap cars) who don't take it up and get tom tom etc is huge as often the...
The engine much the same just swop the botom ends.
O and remap the ECU.
The actual different bits are the block and the pistons but its not worth just trying to chnage them a bottom end swops easier.
Its not cheap though when you add it up
Say bottom end £300
Then new cambelt etc...
They only work if there correctly installed have a read here

Pus you'd be suprised how good stock stuff realy is. Not hitting the airbags means nothing
The only safer option is full cage bucket seat with proper mounts fro the belts.
The airbag is good seriously I'd always have it unless you've a much better system where it becomes usless ie Hans neck stuff, full cage, seat etc.
If your following the Renault rules yep.
36k the next one officailay (or 2 years after the last one was done) is but if it goes wring you've got no come back on renault as its out of warenty.
if they have the lifte setc I'd drop the engine out the bootm.
However no need to get engine out just for gearbox change/rebuilt. Just lower the subframe on the side pull the shafts etc. Lower the engine on one side etc.
No ned to then refull the air con ssytem etc and the hastle.
The lights, sensors and wiring can be trouble. Mine had a histry of comming on it wasn't the pump just the sensor or the wiring I never got round to fixing it though but I'm sure it was the sesnor or a bad wire then again my sesnor always worked just the light comming on.
If you've used a phase 2 or 3 car then yep you've got a problem you ned the decoder sorting as the ECU locking. Best of IMo trying to get a phase 1 ECU for the car or getting the ECU imobiliser code removed.
Sounds like you've got a wiring issue anyway.
It can be done either way
out the tops the favourity way as you have to drop the subfraem to get out out the bootm.
If you can have the stuff out the bottom its eaiser. Its how Renault stick it in.
