Heading over to castle combe this weekend. Can anyone recommend and good points for photos, never been before so haven't got a clue where to head.
I was thinking the esses and bobbies??
Can you walk all the way round the track and get on the infield?
Cheers Rich, I think I jinxed the weather after pm'ing you yesterday. It pee'd it down all night so ended up using my Dads unit to clean it in and didn't have to worry about the sun.
I'm thinking of giving it another coat tonight, then another coat on Friday before playing footy then removing...
I've put 1 layer on and buffed it off. Is there any benefit in applying more than one layer and if so whats the optimum number?
Also could I apply it and instead of leaving it for an hour leave it for say 3 hours or would it be a b**ch to remove?
^^ A 1.4 extender should be ok on that as you only lose one f-stop making it an f5.6 lense. Anything above this (2x converter) and I think the lense shall struggle to auto focus if at all.
At that price point I was told to forget the Canon zoom. In tests the sigma out performed the Canon. Go for the APO version if you can. I used mine for a year and a half without problems and was impressed with it's performance. It's not perfectly sharp, but you'll get uesable results.
I use my...
It's not welded on Laura.
It should clamp around the backbox and has a lug that hooks into the exhaust mount rubber.
I'm pretty sure with mine if I were to slacken off the clamp I could twist it around the back box to mount it a lot higher. I'd have to check clearance on the rear beam...
Only half decent pic I got from trying to take photos in 80 mph winds on a pier handheld:
This is my entry as I doubt I'll get chance to pick the camera up before the end date.
Lovely looking 200sx. Clio may feel a little slow compared to that if it's running decent power. On back roads though theres not much out there that shall give you the same amount of smiles for so little cash.
Just undo the four wheel nuts, don't undo the large centre nut. If you have messed with the centre nut then get it to a garage to get it torqued backup correctly.
As JJ says you'll get much better results using full manual. Have a read of the instructions, generally they are pretty well written. There are loads of courses, but Internet and manual are the only things you really need. Just get out there and practice.
I'd try not to use the built in flash...
Sorry Haz, just read and yours is a DSLR, I thought it was a bridge camera. Sorry.
You should be able to get somne decent low light shots with it. Up the ISO, use the largest aperture possible. Try and get up to about 1/30 sec shutter speed to reduce camera shake.
The 510 has an image...
I took a Casio Elixm sking last year and the photos came out brilliantly. Can't remember the model No. but it was orange and worked well with the bright white of the slopes and the darkness of the night life. Also very small and could fit in my jacket pocket and not know it was there.
Also had...
