The service brake shoe is expanding as it should, Cylinder isn't jammed or leaking.
What else could course the loss in braking effort on that side.
Also no air in the system.

I do remember easily pushing the pistons on the cylinder in when I was adjusting the hand brake. Just can't remember what side that was on.
Lets just hope its not as I just LOVE removing the brake pipe nuts. :(
Good old jubilee clip, If you can get a jubilee that will fit and doesn't hit any thing I would use one.
Alot of people don't think using jubilee is good but I find them easier to use and get to the right tightness

Would this be too separate things or is it just saying that when pressing the foot brake its not a lot of effort on the OSR
Or is it saying both fronts are not enough...
