Hi guys! So I have a knocking noise on my 200 when going over bumps,hitting bumps, potholes etc! It’s coming from the rear and was certain it was the standard boot latch knock, adjusted the striker plate about 15 times then replaced the actual mechanism as they’re cheap and still no luck...

My 182 made 172.5 but 156 lb-ft and a nice graph so I'm pretty happy :)

Thanks for that mate much appreciated. It was getting to the point where it would go into limp mode like every other journey, I do 40 miles a day for work and since cleaning that white plug on Sunday I've had no problems at all touch wood. Unbelievable really haha

Just been to halfords to grab some and cleaned the white plug, didn't look to dirty though I was actually hoping it'd be filthy but as it's an intermittent fault I suppose I can only wait and see

Arctic blue for me too, not biased at all ;)... Black gold is nice when polished up etc but they show up all the swirls chips etc and as above need to be cleaned regularly

Garage next to my work do headlight restoration for £50 including vat and come up brand new, they're usually sent to them for mot failures so have a phone around and see if you can find it any cheaper
