just got a mk1 16v steering wheel, need to replace mine with it. Mine is the one with the airbag how do i disconnect/remove airbag and swap them over? cheers!

Picking up my magnex cat back exhaust today, i have been told of people they fit stright on, and of others they wont... whats the deal, anyone know if it will go straight on? mines a mk1 RT - i know the bends are the same and lengths, just the bore people seem to get confused about. cheers! :D

here it is, got some new rims (unique R5GT wheels), painted the calipers, and in the last few pics it was PC'd! mods to come are, r5 brake conversion, fully stripped, buckets, mongoose full system inc de cat... 16v spoiler, and some adjustable shocks when i get some money together! -...

finding it hard to find performance tyres for renault 5 wheels, is there anywhere who specialise in them as they are proving quite hard to get a good brand of tyre! thanks, sam

gave my car a little clean yesterday, poorboys polish and really happy with it...:D sprayed my other steelies black now too, so doesnt look as bad, and also got a 16v spoiler and rear shocks on there way! :approve: Hope you like

was out in the car before, and now after spinning in the wet around a roundabout, there is a very odd knocking noise!... :o there seems to be a knocking noise coming from the rear right i think, when i go over bumps and that, torsion bar related? or is there a simpler solution? thanks :star:

well, got my car just about 2 week ago now... finally got round to lowering it yesterday (-60mm apex) .... all the hard work done by biffons bridge (see pic) and i pranced around acting like i knew what to do ;) lol Shocking the size difference of the uncompressed springs against each other...

ok... well i lowered my car yesterday with the help of Biffons_Bridge (cars a 1.4rt), lowered it -60mm on front and finishing the torsion bar today.... Right, under braking i get a quite loud scraping/grinding noise, sounds like 2 things rubbing together, maybe a stone in the caliper or...

at the min, i cant seem to find anywhere that sells magnex 3-4" round backboxes especially for my 1.4rt.... looked everywhere but they seem to be for 16v, RSi etc... i have seen a 3.5" magnex universal box, but anyone had experience with these... are they a good fit, what sort of noise do...

does my mk1 rt indicator ones use, going down to halfrauds/motoworld ina min and could do with knowing what type i need for my inicator bulbs! cheers :D

quite a bad screeching/squeek noise coming from the engine bay on startup and sometimes when changing gear, think it is the auxillery belt?... how do i fix it, or does it need replacing? on a '94 1.4RT thanks alot :D
