Just do it and don't worry. Unless you focus in one spot for a continued amount of time, it won't pose any problems.

Yep, identical. Top was £37, upper gearbox was £16, lower was £17 and Poly' bushes for the dog bone were £35.

Yep, TD mounts. The theory goes that they have stiffer compound rubber. The buffers on the top mount are definately more substantial but I couldn't say how much effect that would have in isolation. I chose them as my local motor factors didn't stock RS mounts.

Different ways to achieve the same thing I suppose. I created more space by moving the battery backwards slightly and tweaking the coolant hose. No cutting was required.
