Magnex have had problems with there 182 system so they have had to redesign the system and have produced some uprated rear mounts. Myself and Maz on here are awaiting the new system to arrive which should be in a couple of weeks, but im not holding my breathe, been delayed so many times now...

Runs out in april should be getting new stainless next couple of weeks though if not will have to book it in. Ktec sports cat seems not a bad price not sure how much a janspeed one is.

Hi mate when you here this rattle does it sound like its coming from up the front of the car? The reason I ask this is because I have this ressanance, rattling on mine which happens at about 2500-3000 rpm and really noticable in say 3rd-4th gear, it mostly sounds like its coming from the front...

with the water magnets should you fold it and wipe like you would with a leather or pat your car dry? I own a megs water magnet and it just doesnt seem as soft anymore as what it was when new, ive only washed it a couple of times in the washing machine using just cleaner not fabric softner but...

They probably list it as all that so as when people do a search for a car, ie; cup,2002,172,182 etc that car will show up opening it up to a larger audience....... Maybe??? Rob.

I had a misfire and this light was flashing also, renault confirmed it was water contamination in the spark plugs, so all leads and plugs were changed and was fine after that, although it does tick over slightly lumpy which im pretty sure is a clio thing!! I keep reading similar posts where...

This was the problem with my 182 I changed the leads and plugs as was fine after that, check your plugs for corrosion mine were, 24k.....

get them to do the 24k service if you buy it..

I dont mean that your indicators have to be on mate, as you turn the wheel normally and as it reaches that point where if your indicators were on it would cancel it out then, if that makes sense????? Does the click happen at exactly the same point when you turn the wheel? Rob.

Yes mate is there all the time on my 182 something to do with with the cancelatiobn of the indicators....

Hi mate I had this annoying rattly noise coming from my boot area took me bloody ages to find it try this.. Open the boot remove the plastic cover at the bottom of boot, have a look through the gaps you will see these bones or splint things!?! 3 in total I think which are supposed to be glued...

I had both plugs and leads changed on my 182 due to water corrosion in the plugs havent a clue how this happened but only on 24k miles now.

I also had water in my sparks not sure how it got there but needed to replace all + leads on my 182 24k miles!!!!

I changed mine not that long ago.. When I bought them from Renault thouigh they entered my details into the computer which showed the wrong exhaust mounts next to the 182 exhaust the mounts we use on our 182 are from the megane apparently!! Rob. PS Maz hows your Magnex these days?
