182 Magnex, All sold out !!!! West Yorkshire

Called Nationwide tyres and exhausts who are now stocking Magnex, my exhaust is knackered so thought I would get it changed.
Spoke to a guy there who said there is a 3 week wait for Magnex exhausts at the moment as they are making them to order at the factory!!!!

Is this true or are they just being lazy and cant be arsed ordering anymore in for a while???

I am based in West Yorks so any good garages or exhaust recommendations please shout up.

would do but it means buying it then finding somewhere to fit it, etc etc
live too far away to drive down and have them do it.

but saying that the Magnex reviews aren't good, how many hours labour do you think it will take to fit?

Hour tops mate...its a simple off with the old system on with the new when it comes to an exhaust!

it will be around £35 to fit it. Postage wont be much (i payed £10 for mine).
I have a Milltek and i love it, great sound and looks the part. I havent heard good things of magnex....

Yes it is true Magnex are having/have had problems with their 182 systems and are currently waiting for stock from the factory I am waiting for another warranty replacement and have been told the end of the month or my money back hope this helps

Magnex have had problems with there 182 system so they have had to redesign the system and have produced some uprated rear mounts. Myself and Maz on here are awaiting the new system to arrive which should be in a couple of weeks, but im not holding my breathe, been delayed so many times now!!!!

Thanks for all the information.
Thinking about getting a Milltek system instead, PumaSpeed in wakefield said they can sort it out for next week. Bit more expensive £480 fitted, but a better product I think.

i love my Milltek. shame you didnt have a look on here a few weeks ago the groupbuy has only just finished where a 10% saving could have been had! i think k-tec still do a 5% cliosport one (if you become a member) and offer the system for £400 + £10 deliv, might be a bit cheaper that way then just get them to fit it.

I know, missed out. But earned about £7k last month so cant complain at the extra money!
