As I mentioned earlier Portal it does sound a very small difference like you say .25, but in terms of tuning or the feeling of a free flowing exhaust I didnt know if that made a noticable difference to the 2.5 which I currently own as does make a huge difference over the standard 182 system...

I always here that the 2.5 size is well suited for the clio.. Say if you measured the 182's power with the 2.5 then changed over to a 2.25 would there be any difference?

Could be your spark plugs mate, possible you might have got a bit of water in by your spark plugs? The reason I say that coz this is what happened to my 182, i needed new plugs and leads which cured the problem. Check your spark plugs for corrosion. Rob.
