It does look a bit like a 182. All it needs is front and rear bumpers, side skirts, wings, lights, grill, exhaust, spoiler. wheels and a full interior. He's done the hard work already.

You shouldn't need a new bottle unless it is cracked, but the pumps are only cheap, less than £15. They are the same for some citroens and peugeots. Also remember there are two pumps in there, one for the bumper washer jets and one for the windscreen/rear screen.
