When to change oil etc

Ok, just wondering whens the best milage to change oil on a valver? Mines done 8k without a change so far, however, it has eaten about 5 litres in that time so id assume it needs done soon....what do you think?

I change mine every 3K.

Needs doing at least every 6K though!

Yes change every 6k max. Use a fully sin shouldnt eat as much oil then.

If you use the voucher out the paper for National Tyres you get semi synthetic Duckhams and filter done for 15 quid. Not worth topping up at 5 quid a litre or doing it yourself at this price. Tend to get mine done every 4 - 6k.
