Just started it up again, the airbag light is still off - still a bit weary of the thing going off though lol, you just cant help but think about it.
Did silicon the aerial up before but I've since replaced the standard aerial with a self colorcoded blue one I needed molegrips to remove the...
To start with I get a shower from my sunroof or aerial whilst going round a corner, something I used to take in my stride but it hasn't done it for ages.
Then; the electic sunroof which broke ages ago must be due to all the water getting into it starts to work again.
Now I've just noticed...
Maybe just take them out for the MOT and put them back in after?
if it's illegal that is, which I dont see it being as it's not compusery(however you spell it) to have front foggys.
Any way to rejuvenate them?
The seals have gone south on mine and they just sit on the spark plugs instead of grip them which I think might be linked to my slight misfire.
As it started today whilst going round a roundabout - I'm no Eienstine (Hell I can't even spell his name) but as the...
No the road I use isn't foggy but it is unlit completly and when I travel down it (4am) there is very little cars around, I'm lucky to even pass one. But I'd like correctly set fogs so if I do ever pass one and forget to switch them off I don't blind them.
I've just got a new bulb put in my foglight, But I'm paranoid if I ever need to use them (pretty much daily as I go down country roads) that I might be blinding another driver, how do I adjust them?
If I stand at the back of my car I can hear the exhaust blowing, almost sounds like a slight misfire but it's not, if I put a rag over the exhaust I can't stall the car either.
It sounds like its coming from the back but I cant feel any leak, does sound mean much with regards to exhausts ie if...
Cheers Gaz summed it up lovely mate.
No James unfortunatly not it's on the road, no drive or garage.
Will just scrap it too much hassle, I'm surprised the poor things still around I mean I've left it on a dark bridge out the way minus a community center where about 40 pissheads walk passed...
In Oct I hit another car coming the other way, I was turning and pulled out in front of her.
Anyhow the claim still hasn't offically been settled, she wants the usual compo what with her being on deaths door with whiplash and smeared makeup.
Anyway, my old car which was in the crash has...
Both of mine are holding on for dear life as the seal is buggered and another phase 3 down my road has lost it's lense, again on the same side as your one.
Hmm very random, I'm going to check it properly later on but I'm waiting for the cable bloke to come at the moment. I did however check the pressure and its at 28. meaning last night it lost 2 psi within 30 mins but overnight its lost 2 psi within 11 hours.
Cheers for that will have to give it a go tommorow, what am I looking for exactly? I've gone round the wheel and the tyre is seated evenly along the rim.
Yeah was thinking that myself - no honestly lol as I noticed compaired to the others the hose used to inflate them was very hard to get onto the dodgy one. maybe a coincidence I have no idea - hell I don't even know if that'd make a diffrence as the valves leak from further in?
Any idea how...
I was just checking my tyre pressures at the petrol station, nothing indicated for me to check them just general maintenace.
Anyhow; I last done them about 3 weeks ago here is what they read.
Rears 28 and 27
Front 18 and 31
Now my setup is 32 front and 28 rear.
I'm really worried...
kk cheers mate, might just be me nit picking at it just the car feels a bit extra sluggish with the sub on and I'm trying to lay the blame at something lol.
It doesn't sputter/jump or anything like that just the only way I can describe it is like I take my foot off the throttle slighly at 2k...
Might try and get my idle increased to about 900 if its easy? as at night with the sub on it makes the lights flicker lol.
Edit: and surely theres got to be something up with his rev counter because if your car idles at 5k you know theres something wrong regardless. If mine done that I'd get...
Recently noticed this now I'm paying attention to my fuel ecomony, if I accelerate in any gear at any speed there is hesitation up until 2k revs then it picks up speed.
I can tell when I hit 2k revs without looking at the speedo as I can feel the car pull a bit more once it's hit it.
Any...
Actually tell a lie, I put a tenner in yesterday and just filled up again now after 86 miles, might have streched to 90 as the fuel light was still disappearing over bumps but with no jerry can and with it pissing down outside why risk it.
Generally normal driving but a few mad moments where...
Cheers for them mate you've reminded me to try them and they've come up tops.

Anyone got any idea how much this is likely to cost fully fitted from a garage?
Recon gearbox - Tad extream (I hope) but I've got a oil leak from it so I'll need to budget for worst case.
