Immobiliser light is flashing like mad and engine won't turn over with my normal key. I tried my spare and the STOP and immobiliser light stayed on constantly, engine turned over then shut off. Just disconnecting the battery for 20mins to reset the ecu and see what happens....
Oh and when...
I've heard a few people complain about the lack fo adjustment and excessive bass. You can pick up some bargain seperates on eBay these days, I'm still running my trusty Kenwood/Technics setup which must be 20 years old!!
I've got Conti's on the rear and Hankook V12's on the front. The Conti's seem fine, no major issues and being on the rear can't comment on grip that much. V12's are good for the money however I had Michelins before which were better all round. They grip well in the dry however feel a bit...
I imagine the price brings in at least twice as much business as competitors so they can afford to have a few **** ups and charge less. From reviews on the internet the turn around can be slow and posting wheels to them is even slower...
I had the same sort of problem on my 1.2 Clio, turned out to be a TB issue. I sourced a second hand one complete with all sensor and it solved the problem. I'm not saying this will solve it but it could be worth swapping it over with a friend/someone on the forum to see if it solves the issue?

Also whilst I'm at it I might attack the ARB bushes if it's easy?
Can both lamda sensors simply be swapped over to try and solve a EML/poor MPG issue? I'm thinking of ideas before I end up splashing out on two new sensors....
Quick update on this, I had the car jacked up for an oil change at the weekend so I decided to spray the offending area with some oil. The main area I sprayed was the outer ARB bushes and the inner lower arm bushes.
I also noticed that the offending lower arm looks new, so I'm maybe ruling...
No reason why you would get pulled for it unless you go hooning it up and down your local town centre. On my old car I had an exhaust close to 100db and never had any issues with the police however neighbours didnt like it one bit!
Your obviously cornering too quickly, the Clio's handle great as a standard car! If you want to impove it a whiteline ARB would help. You can also get camber bolts for the front for slight adjustments.
