Ive been thinking about a road angel and a bluetooth car kit. JUst noticed that tomtom are bringing out new versions where you get sat nav as well as bluetooth. What do people think of the tomtom and are they actually any good? Also, is the speed camera option any good? Thanks

Just been to halfords, £297 today only, open till 5. I decided I couldnt justify the spend as I wouldnt get thu use out of it. Only got £5k on my car in 18 months !

Ive heared Halfords have 10% off today - cant confirm though. I was gonna bid on ebay but Has says you wont get the warranty with it !!

Ive just seen on a money saving board that Halfords are apparently doing a 10% of all purchases over £10 - today only.

There are no cameras on my route and from what Ive read, its too late to slow down when a laser gets you.

Thanks to Has for his comment re not having a warranty from Ebay. I shall steer clear now !! Not too concerned whether Argos has the 6 months subs or not as all it means is I would have to pay £99 for 3 years subs now rather than in 6 months time. Been looking at some authorised seller...

sorry mate, can I ask wher you got yours from. I like the idea of paying £200ish on ebay but not so sure !! I have a £10 voucher for Argos so thats down to £320 !

£99 for a 3 yr sub means only £430 total. Just been looking on ebay, £235 with 6 months sub, whats the catch?

Just noticed Argos have reduced them to £330.

I had to pick my car up from a farm yeard in Stafford, couldnt believe my eyes at first!! I was bricking it too as the roads were so narrow.

You can do a CHAPS payment from your bank which clears the next day, think it cost about £25 when I had to do it to buy my house.

i would imagine you would have to press it each time you were in the car. Why do you want them locked anyway. Dont the police etc advise against that just in case you are involved in an accident.

Mines coming up to its first year at the end of this month and I havent even done 4000 miles yet so Ill wait till next year to get it serviced. Just following the manual/warranty instructions.
