if its got a true 182bhp then i am affraid it will be quicker than a cup, seeing as most are 164-166bhp anyway ~ +14bhp puts the power to weight ratio back in the 182s favour??
at 4k youve probably bent most of the valves and may have damaged the pistons, but only way to find out is by taking the head off. shouldnt think it would be as much as 1300 though more like £600-800.
you will need to trim the front and rear bumpers i believe, to be honest i wouldnt bother to much hassel, loss of performance, handeling, tyre cost etc etc.
Umm I have a feeling that its not really gona do much to be honest. It may help low down, and say when driving in town but as soon as your on open roads flooring it the fans are probably restricting air flow . I would just run that airfeed from the heat sheild to the hole in the bumper and ditch...
yep might as well just drop a 1400 engine and box in, looks exactly the same as the 1200 as well so its up to you if you want to tell the insurnace or not.
Yes you can, k tec, hillpower do them as well as webber direct. Looking at about £1800 for the parts with fitting on top. On a good 16v engine may see 25-30bhp.
