Too old - I think not!
Im 29 and have a Williams - you need to get out more if your worrying about what other people think.
Used to walk past a Escort Cosworth on my way to work back in 1991 - the only one I had seen. It was owned by some 80 year old bloke.
He now has a Audi RS6 and is in...
Its worthless unless set up properly - even then you need to run on a perfectly flat bit of road with no major jilts.
As you my times were all over the place - thats why I contacted PM and got them to help me set it up.
I wouldnt put much faith in a Rolling Road either tho - each one seems...
I cant remember the Tilt but its different for different cars. I think 6 or 7 maybe!
I used a GPS to set it thanks to advice from the guys at Peformance meters.
Once I had the setting I checked against a video tape of the dash while acclelerating.
This gave around 0-105 on the speedo of...
Autocars test was in the wet.

ps: what he did wasnt very fair and i would...
I spend most of my time when acceleration in the Williams watching the rev counter and changing dead on 6500rpm. My Williams is nippy low down the revs but to get full power I still need to keep the revs at the very top. I agree that the chip could be a god-send.
Igoring the performance side the 106 feels a bit more solid but is very cramped. I find driving the girlfriends VTS a very "feminine" experience. ie: it feels Girly as its soooo small. The pedals are trully a pain in the rse! The Clio is bigger and feels it but the interior feels a bit cheap...
I still chuckle to myself when people slow down to look at the car. I see it everyday and to me its just "my" car - but most days of the week I get some kind of comment.
Today I got "how the feck did you get a Williams?" from a customer and "theres a Williams - there cool as feck" in the...
