well i had a look, cant tell which front ones they are, judging by where it was left in the road it is the passenger side. the only other thing is this bit of the spring is strangely clean. when i looked at the springs they are filthy? but im jus gonna go to the dealers to check. cheers for all...

ill have a look, but one end is obviously where the spring has snapped, the other is the end of the spring. erm im pretty sure its the front as the rear ones get smaller as it reaches the end of the coil. will go out n have a look now.

yeah ive got excatly that second Alloy Base to Atmosphere Crankcase Breather Filter. but its sorta smoking! im guessing its natural? just checking if its harmful of not? many thanks Hon

Hi got an induction kit which consists of two bits (the filter and the funny breather bit mk2 ph1 1.2 8v), and started my car up and the breather bit was smoking? is this normal or what? smells of petrol. should i just replace it my old air box or what? thanks Hon

hey, ive got this problem, my airbag light and service lights come on and off all the time. it jus appears and dissapears when it feels like it. im guessing its some sort of loose connection? anyone have the same problem and can tell me how to fix it? thanks Hon

clio 1.2 8v 2000- 52k, no real faults other than when u start from cold u press on the gas in it seems to stall itslef, put more gas and fuel doesnt seem to be going through :S Clio 1.2 16v 51plate- around 45K, sunroof is annoyingly creeky! cold starts are a bit annoying and thats all i can...

ive had my clio for 2 yrs now, previously my brothers. never seemed to have been spotted tho! its a blue mk2 ph1. nothing special jus lowered on super Ts, few other bits. generally driving between gravesend and dartford. its got a large cliosport sticker on the back! :D hehe Hon

i had a problem like this in my clio, i had amps powering my components and sub. i tried re-wiring the car, one side for power and the other for rca's etc. didnt work. in the end i bought one of those ground loop isolator thigys from halfords (as Jamesy suggested) and worked a treat. all is fine...

im sure theres a gromit hole just behind the battery. look for other wires going from inside to the engine bay. theres like a funny rubber plug that you might have to get out the way before you can put any wires through. hope this helps Hon

hey, the sunroof on my mk2 ph2 is very creaky! even on the smoothest of roads you will hear the occaisional creek! when on normal roads it will creek every 10seconds! anyone know how i can fix this? driving me insane!!!! cheers Hon
