Where can i find a list of what they change/check at the 12k service? do they touch the air filter? (i.e. should I remove my itg panel filter?)

As others have said it was the best bangs per buck and its FUN to drive!
Mine hasnt has one problem to date either - coming up to first service in a few weeks too.
Only thing that annoys me is that everyone goes on about how cheaply they bought theirs/got F&F/etc etc (sour grapes!) so no...
If they were the same money Id choose the MCS, but theyre not by a long way so I plumped for the Clio!
The MCS was very capable, but it didnt feel that quick due to smoothness of supercharger (and it was the Works version i test drove!) and it just felt a bit dull overall - pretty much like...
With NU - £520 - 32, company car driver for last 6 yrs, fully comp with full business use, protected, 20k pa, missus etc
Tesco were pretty much the same, for me it was which ones accepted company car use as no claims...

Im just over 65" and Ive got used to the driving position in my 182 - although as soon as I spend any time in any elses car I realise how crappy it is!
Worst thing about the car by a mile - and the only thing Im unhappy about!

Theyre all difficult to deal with though - and you need to leave a big deposit!
For something really special like a Ferrari/Lambo youre looking at...
Looked at them when I bought my 182 - I spoke to them and they wanted a sizeable deposit/commitment before they confirmed anything, so I gave em a miss

yup mine does it too - depends on how long it has been standing though - hardly ever take it out of the garage at weekends, and on Monday I usually get some kind of small clunk from the brakes when it moves.
Guess its the pads sticking to the discs with a bit of rust or whatever - nowt to...
I got told 3 mods too - paid an extra £80 (6 months left until renewal) for tints and exhaust (even though I havent got the exhaust sorted yet!) - deffo wouldnt cover any more than 3 mods!

Sat in a V6 255 a couple of times (although never drove it) and swear the runners went back further than my 182 - not by much though, but sure there was more room!
