I used to run a set up like this, ran in Adhoc mode but the desktop hated it and kept locking up so I bouhjt a Wireless modem, easier to set up and you don't have to have the desktop on continuously

Aye thats easy repairable, same happened to me week after buying car new!!! Kwik Fit reapaired it no problem and the offending tyres did about 3 trackdays no problem (on front and rear)

You could take the drive out and connect it to a PC as long as you have the right cable, set the drive as slave and you might be able to at least get your pics and music off there if they are recoverable.

Easy mate, as long as your sure its the LNB just order an LNB!!!. iirc all you have to do is unplug your system, then disconnect old LNB and just pull it out of the Sat dish and push the new one in and connect it back up. Make sure you put insulation tape around the connection on the LNB to...

yeah Maz, out less than an hour and he managed to blow a tyre!!! We also had fun pushing it up and down the stand to start it ;)

It was, I think (mmmm lager!!)!!! Only problem was slowwwwwww, journey there following Northy doing 50 towing his cup car!!! Decision was quickly took by Andy and myself to leave them to there own devices and steam on ahead ;)
