now that aston is so called british again, will they be like every other british company, and find all the switches they can from maestros and old rovers lob it in and make sure it doesnt start every time?
gotta love british craftmanship.
ive got a 4-2-1 manifold going on a willy engine, thats going in the valver, just wondering if it is worth covering it in heat wrap stuff first, i have heard it will lower engine bay temps, but as ive never used it before i thought id ask you lot.
cheers steve
if it is the blower thats knackered ive got one sitting in the cupboard, just in case you need one., as for the oil level, its should be the sensor, it's to the right of the oil filter and down a bit, easy enough to change, just have to take out rad to do it.
all the greenstuff pads i used were cack. i spoke to yozzasort, and got pagid blues. not cheap, but they launch you through the screen if your not careful.
shame they all seem to be owned by muppets, check this one out,

ive had t1-r on my car for 2-3 years and had never had a problem with them at all. in fact just got some new ones this morning, lasted a good 25k miles, thats with abuse. if believe the t1s's are slightly better rated, but nothing in it.
its not gonna be caged up, been there done that, i just need it as a everyday car, i have always like the maxi, and thought why the hell not. i dont race my car ither so will keep the same lump for now, but will at some point go for an engine upgrade, willy lump with throttle bodies or...
i have got hold hold a maxi kit to stick on the valver and and looking for the wheels to with it. the closest wheels to the original i can find are on prima racing website but the don't do a 18" version, see link

i have been given one of these from a firend who has broken his car. just need to know if anyone has and fitting instructions for this for a 1.8 16v engine. if so if you could forward a copy of them on or any info i would be most greatful. p.s. i know some people on here dont like them but...
im gonna repaint the new valver over the next few months when i get round to it, once ive done the arches etc, can some one do me a pic of a valver ph2(standard) ie no kits with a liquid yellow paintjob? im ither gonna do this or keep it naples red. many thanks steve
most stands were like car parks. ie if i want to see a standard clio for example, i'll go to sainsburys, not a modified car show full of standard ones. and the promo girls were nearly all swamp donkeys. only went to meet some suppliers
the engine mounts are the same, they both use the same subframe. i had this done to my old valver, but to be honest for an everyday car, i was a pain in the arse, having to let it warm up and cool down wasnt a problem but just the other stuff you have to consider. they can be tempremental...
you have made it clear you dont like it, your just boring everyone now. p.s. the guy who built this has also got a 3 door sierra coswoth as an everyday run around. do you have a problem with those too.
p.s. are you gonna take me up one that bet the clio is real?
for all these people who think its a photoshop, your all totally f*cking wrong. i can let you know where to find the car if you wish to be proved wrong. i does have a evo lump with 4 wheel drive, and everything else, all drive shafts where remachined ie shortened to fit in case you were...
