check the gearbox oil level. At what speeds is changing down now difficult? unless your going very slow i would have thought 1st gear would struggle
for service items and cambelts go for gen renault everytime.
for a 1.6 16v you need just over 5 litres of oil.
the reason they dont list fuel filter is that its inside your tank sender unit so would mean changing the complete unit. as eddie states however the change interval is getting on...
bet the gearbox mount under the battery is loose. ive had quite a few where the 13mm bolts/nuts come loose allowing the mount to move around. come loose twice on mine now.
for a cheap attempt to fix yourself try an oil pressure switch. the f engine is good and i doubt its anything terminal. if the switch doesnt fix it you need your oil pressure testing.
With it being a 1.2 id be inclined to say the smaller size. renault discs are cheap however.

you unclip the mirror glass first then unclip the rear cover. with the mirror glass removed you can see the clips for the cover. mirror glass should just prise of its clips just be careful.
impossible to predict as it all depends on how its been driven. ive changed them on cars with as little as 35k on but my own personally is close to 60k on its original clutch.
Believe it or not that has been known. Had the odd caliper where the slides have worn causing it to chatter. Also had one where the brake discs were really worn causing it to chatter. In both cases the noise stops as soon as you press the brake pedal.
