I'm not even 100% sure the last 200 with the s coded gearbox has an updated part. It's a very strong rumour but I've never seen concrete evidence of the updated part in question. Maybe Renault don't want to admit liability? ;)

what make are they? I had a set of s**tty gaz units back in the day, and they knocked like f**k (they were new) I diagnosed them by swapping back to o.e shocks for a few days, surprise surprise the knocking disappeared, then so the gaz units to ebay.
