    You can say that again although went out in the 5 today and it is mega lumpy on idle only set the carb up last week... messed around with the mixture etc today to no avail... round my mates tomorrow to re-set it up as he got an air/fuel ratio machine...

    Me too a K-Tec one, my cup wont be seeing one tho should a company make one. The cup will settle for a K-TEC stealth wen my backbox falls off lol... Does sound mint on my 5 tho but its not really different as alotof 5 GTT owners have one.

    I got infinity kappa rears and alpine sxs comps in front all 13" running off alpine 9588r headunit and its sooooo much better. Altough being as its the cup with no sound insulation in the front doors there still not very bassy on the move? But still loads better than originals

    Fitted Braided lines a month or so ago, bled the system inc fresh fluid, brakes stop mint, pedal is rock when pushed down, however from inside the car i can hear a "hissing" coming from the pedal/servo? Didn't do it before. re bleed but still no air comes out? any idea's?

    Ive heard the boxes are diffrent to normal RS clio's as it has the speedo cable going into it as its non abs other than that i think everything is the same? but i guess this wouldn't concern you if it was a track car, obviously as long as the tacho is working?

    Good point although that site is all fictional non are tested speeds its all worked out from power, weight, drivetrain etc. Ive read other places that a 172 cup is c. 17odd secs 0-100 and the FRS being low 16/ high 15 in standard trim. But on the road its not a massive difference.

    Faster and handle better unless on a shite road surface as the rs are a handful on uneven ground. My mates got one and ive got a cup. Not much faster but not much is enough?

    ^^^^ yeah but its only when your lightly pressing them, like really lightly in traffic, but it aint too bad? most up-rated pads squeal so im lead to believe?

    Ive got DS2500 pads all round, Brembo H/C front discs, standard rear discks and goodridge lines Excellent IMO, but not tried other set-up than standard but im more than happy.

    Ordered some standard renault rear discs and DS2500 pads for my cup as the rears are fooked, got them yesterday and they,ve sent me drilled discs, Should i send them back and swap them for standard or just fit them. Ive not been charged extra? Just not too keen on Drilled discs and my fronts...

    Dont by cheap stuff, you'll regret it! Halfords pro stuff is quite good for the price, ibought some axle stands fromhalfords £20quid for set of 4. Tonne each fort that were reasonable.
