yeah was meant to of been 106bhp but im a bit dubious about that. however it did used to leave vtr's( 90bhp) + corsa(100bhp) sports fairly easily.. so who knows
and yeah never got round to fittting an intercooler... so fitted a 172 engine instead :P
ahh i see.. just lookin for a few idea's really. already got a external pump and filter.. so was just going to get a swirl pot.. maby even a cell if funds allow.Bit undecided on the cell tho as its higher COG.
didnt think the sports ran a return or is that something you did as part of the itb conversion ?
and only just noticed the 4th inlet/ exit on the swirl.. thought it was running 1 fill, 1 feed and 1 return.
Just wondered what everyone is running, as we only ever seem to see the engine bay etc. How many on here are running an up rated system i.e external pumps, filters, swirl pots, fuel cells etc etc.
And of course... pics ?

dyno is all well and good.. But i think we all know how inacurate some can be.. he may be 7bhp down but get a 8-9hp hike from a poor or over enthusiastic dyno operator
depends how far out it is( or could be) lack of power, dodgy idle, hard to start.. can vary.. if you cant notice a significant power loss then its probs fine.
you want a dci box on there.. i have forgot what the calculated top speed was... but it was rather tasty .
That's why i left the dci box on when doing the conversion ;)
although they handle well, they are a pretty slow car. it cost's stupid amounts to get them over even 200bhp. And lets face it howlong before 230bhp starts to feel slow.
now i remember why i keep up my subscription... are you on MIGWEB by any chance aswell ? a bloke on there body filled the inside of hos airbox on a 1.4 astra ( l reg shape) and claimed the lower resonance boosted his bhp... LOL'z

And as for the corsa vs clio thingy.. I should hopefully be doing a nova c20let build if all goes well.. il be happy to put it against a clio when its done.
yeah good point i guess the OE TB will flow 400bhp nicely.Although if there going for a a technical showcase then a Jenvey item would show a little more of what's available, seing as people already know there GEN 90 can retain the FBW setup.
ah right got ya, so whats it running something like a jenvey single TB ?Dont think i have seen the Jenvey plenum's but i take it there a similar design to the likes of Nortech etc ?
