Holes in ph1 bumper

Where are you planning in putting your plate if you cut the bumper?

Another guy on here was selling a rear ph1 bumper in the for sale section quite recently. if I remember it was going for £90

why cut holes into your bumper unless your car is a complete track ****.. and needs the extra cooling ?

Isn't the a cross member just behind the bumper at that point?
Would this really help cooling?
