I would say it's not the springs that are at fault, your shocks are probably cream crackered, eibachs ride much better than the OE's. As said before just repaint them in black.
All they could do is take the wheel to a tyre trader and have the puncture fixed but only during the working day of course. At night you would have to use your tyre sealant.
The car is 7 to 8years old so this has to be expected. All the parts you have replaced are commonly failing according to the Forum users. Hopefully you will have some troublefree motoring for sometime now.
Once youv'e used tyre weld the tyre is scrap, no tyre fitter I know wants to fix it permernantly due to the gunk inside the tyre. When you do have a new tyre fitted they will charge a few quid extra for cleaning the rim up. Don't think it's any good for punctures in the sidewalls either.

Looks like the tatty one is screwed on upside down or someones been hitting it with a hammer. Just buy a new one unscrew the nut pull off the the old top hat and fit the new one, easy. I assume the car rides ok otherwise.
I like to do both. Not at the same time of course.
You could call a trackday randomly driving around, that would be 3 tankfuls in a day and all you do is drive round and round in circles, literally.
Oldies with VRS's, You talking about me kid. Seriously there are lots of 19+ kids on our Briskoda forum, and many in there 60's. All in all a very wide age range.
