Thats bloody impressive to be fair. He looked proper dedicated when he was working on the kart. Bet hes well proud now aswell.
Never seen F1 like Monaco the other week definetly going some
Yeah they seize mate, on the back axle so as you can imagine, salty water, and just general s**t.
As per Sami's link or easy fix is soak it in lubricant, work it up and down with some pliers, soak it, work it, keep going till its free. Don't be tight with the WD40 soak the lot.
Theres loads of exhausts out there saves money in the long run to get a stainless system with lifetime warranty.
Check your backbox isn't coming off at the join thats where they normall go.
Richard be careful which one you buy mates theres 2 looms in the 1.2 engine bay, you'll see 2 block plugs on the injection computer, one of those is for each loom. They're both easy to change though, one takes a bit longer than the other one as it needs the inlet manifold to be taken off.

What does it involve? I get pissed off in the end and wack the compressors on them. Spill the beans Fred! PM me if you have to lol that'd be handy as to know.
Yeah thats quite common Sash, the brake linings actually come loose off the shoe itself, they'll start grinding like mad, then eventually they'll come off totally and go round the inside of the drum. One side on mine was above the wheel cylinder.
What work you had done Laura, what parts have they replaced aswell?
Coolant temp sensor can cause the car to cut out, and 9 times out of 10 it won't show a fault on the diagnostic machine
Bushes split or even perished rubber, excessive play, you should be able to tell Rollo. Get a screwdriver/prybar on the back of it see how much pressure you need to put on to move it etc.
Top mount, gearbox mount(under battery), lower engine/gearbox (dogbone) mount and gearbox support mount (between subframe and gearbox)
First mount I'd check is your dogbone mount (underneath) if thats shagged the engine will jolt forwards/backwards and you feel a lot of play in the gearstick.
PM Me your chassis number if you like I'll see how cheap I could get you one tomorrow.
Thats the price dialo-s**t lists, so unsure if thats with/without VAT etc
Ah right yeah, that sucks sometimes you can bodge them not to leak but for the sake of about £25 its not worth it.
Pretty sure 8200 071 215 is the part number but its an old version of dialogys so could be wrong. Thats for the bottle.
I've tried to sort a rattle/blow on a janspeed 182 system at work, didn't look brilliant quality to be fair looked like the backbox was stainless but not the joins. Even with 2 clamps on and both done up FT it still blew a little. Whats with the single backbox anyway
Tried 2 clamps on it and...
If people didn't put in dodgy claims you'd probably have a grand saved anyway, thats the best bit of it. Not saying I wouldn't do it but thats the irony of it.
If you shop around you could probably find a wheel bearing for about £20 at a guess, try German & Swedish gsfcarparts.com or Euro car parts eurocarparts.com try them for the driveshafts aswell, they'll knock cash off if you give them your old shafts (they send them away to be reconned and sold...
Just from a remap you can get about 110bhp and silly amounts of torque. Miles quicker than a standard 100 (shitty gearbox) and you'll upset loads of 1.6 owners.
