Re: Wanted: Quaife / Gripper Diff I didn't read that bit properly. My understanding is that if one wheel experiences zero traction (for example: Ice) the geared diff cannot counter that - as you rightly suggest.

Agree with the above. However running a derv daily is bliss, it's saving me a fortune in tax, insurance and fuel as I do heavy milage.

Why? Because they are the biggest waste of time, and if anything they are detrimental as when you fit them as the PTFE impeeds on the ports. Disgusting. Stick with OE.
