Its said that its best to turn off TC certain situations - exiting deep snow, for example. All the system does is cuts power to the engine, which can lead to the car "bogging" down. Sometimes a bit of wheel spin helps to lurch out of a snow drift, or when driving up a steep hill.
ABS is the...
ESP is electronic stability programme which is about generally the steering, I take it you mean traction control? Both operated by the same switch mind.
Depends how much you have to spend, get a 172FF ie with all the options (cruise/traction etc) or a 182FF. I would personally go for the one you got the most options on and if that's the 172 get the 182 Cup Spoiler on it.
Driving wise theres very little if anything between them. Its just a...
Its all rubbish really, I had an Elise on a 6k policy and it was driven by someone else under a fully comp policy and it was driven on a lot of track days.
Quote "Formulas do not take into consideration other factors that could also affect real life figures, e.g. torque, gear ratios, aerodynamics, air density, temperature etc, these are not easy obtainable"
Its good for an idea though, probably just a bit less accurate than rolling roads

Audi's are not very exciting cars, and I'm happy to point that out. Same way if a splitter or wheels look rubbish on a Clio they will get my honest opinion.
Just because I don't like something or agree with something doesn't mean I won't comment on it or more importantly that I'm not allowed...
Renault quoted me £350 for supply and fitting of rear discs and pads. I ended up getting the discs and pads from K-TEC with CS discount 5%.

3) Ipod cable, thats all you need.
The problem is drag. A car cruising on a motorway at 50 mph may require only 10 bhp to overcome air drag, but that same car at 100 mph requires 80 bhp. With a doubling of speed, the drag (force) quadruples.
Exerting four times the force over a fixed distance produces four times as much work...
Having gone from a 172 through various cars and coming back to a 182, I found myself looking already for something else. Its never as good as you remember.
