I had it, reno nearly sorted it, just live with it slightly out now.

Its not actually connected to the sump plug itself. Its a part of the the plastic cover underneath the engine. You twist it off so you can get access to the sump plug without having to take off the whole cover. Got to ring back next week to see if its turned up?!?

If i put £38 of optimax in i will get near 380 miles. Normally 37-38 mpg according to comp. Just had it serviced and its currently on 40 after 2 days driving.

Was going to have it looked at on saturday while it was in for service but it doesnt do it now!! Seems fine?!?!? Could it have loosened up ?!?

The guy told me it was £33 for the oil which it a bit of a rip off! + there would have been a charge for disposing of old oil. Could have filled it up with mobil 1 for that.

mine did this when i first got the car. going down a fairly steep hill and hit a small pothole. turned car off and back on again and was fine. reno checked it out but there hadnt been a fault logged.

Do you have something on the power steering that stops it going to far on full lock? Could it be turning to far?

The wheel almost feels loose (i have checked this and it doesnt seem to be). Its hard to explain but got 30 mins road test booked down before service so i can show them exactly what the problems are. Sods law it wont do it when i get there though!!?!?
