58.5 would be very impressive in my eyes.
i only managed a 58.37 during Time Attack, and that was in my fully stripped, caged, 235bhp 172.
(not that a cage helps.... doesnt add any body rigidity... pffft)

we took a blueflame off when fitting a BTB to a 182.
biggest load of old shite i have ever witnessed.
was like a mechano set, loads of sections, loads of dodgy brackets.
welds seemed ok. nothing special.
so i would avoid, unless u get it super cheap
yup, jack it up, and give the wheel a push and pull.
if its that noisy it should have a bit of paly in it by now.
also, if your getting a garage to do it for you, they will be able to work it out.
get it done sooner rather than later, as can be dangerous!

bumpstop is usaully a foam or rubber peice that fits on the suspension to stop metal on metal contact if the suspension bottoms out (uses all of its travel).
sometime when lowering a massive amount people remove them, but a 35mm drop shouldnt warrant it.
check the springs on the back, if...
