get something quick enough out of the bix engine wise (so its reliable), then do brakes, suspension and interior (strip, buckets, cage)
then just go enjoy!
blimey!!!
thats on par with the Roger Clark Motorsport 'Gobstopper' Impreza. And that thing was clocked doing 155mph down the start finish straight.
how quick were your 125 karts then?!?!? sound insane!!
i am not normally one for buying and selling so quick. i had my previous track car (saxo) for over 6 years. In this instance i have had a change of priorities in life (a partner studying nursing and a 2 year old daughter), and feel its better for me to sell up than have it sit on the drive and...
A by-product of bringing a penny farthing to the tour de france (so to speak! lol). Whilst my clio is very quick for a clio, its not quite got the pace of 500+ bhp scoobies, skylines and evo's!
a few more that i have found...
and 2 personal favourites....
And as for why i didnt return after my off, by the time i would of got all the stones out (beleive me, there were lots) the session would of been over.

They struggle with standing water.
But then how 'good' they are in the wet depends alot on driver input.
few pics of my clio from round 5 of Time Attack @ Brands (09/08/08)

cheers

a few pics i have.
not many of the rears (springs are red as they are super hard eibach numbers).
in a shameless plug.... these will be for sale soon, so if anyone wants a set, cheaper than RRP then let me know.
They have been valved and sprung to Cup Race Car...
very easy to adjust on front. just a knob on top of the strut.
rears you have to lay down and reach under the car the adjust, as adjuster is on bottom of the shock. but its still a simple process!!
do they do them for a 172 now?
as when i got mine they only had 182 cup fitment, which meant i had to get new hubs.
mine are alot harder than the road units, but been impressed with them. superb on track!
The AT work very well on the Zetec engines, and give good gains.
They for some reason dont seem to work with the F4R engine. I had them on mine at first, and they worked well till higher rpm, where for some reason they just couldnt get enough air in, so it was strangling the engine...

car's engine is too big for stock hatch, so would have to be hot hatch.
loads of info on there.
get involved and have a good time!
well i didnt want to have too much of a dig.
tho you did forget the bit where they go all manly and give it some serious beans out of Lidl car park and under Adenau Bridge, past everyone tucking into thier fresh currywerst mit pommes.
so much noise, such little speed, reminds me of my...
